At Glow Up Boutique, we take pride in delivering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Dissatisfaction with texture, length, or style

  • Improper installation or maintenance

2. Quality Assurance Clause
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed product descriptions, images, and specifications.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery (24–48 Hours Rule)
Customers must inspect their order within 48 hours of delivery.
If you believe there is a defect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear video evidence (before installation)

  • Show original packaging intact

Failure to meet these requirements will void any claim.

4. Product Handling Conditions
We will NOT accept any claims if:

  • The hair has been worn, installed, cut, dyed, washed, or altered in any way

  • Lace has been cut or tampered with

  • The product no longer remains in its original condition

5. Strict Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards, used hair products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

6. Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment providers
